Just seen the newest member to join the pool forum is the renovator  I was wondering if he does old wheelbarrows and pool trophies.

MP has not been getting much sleep lately, that can be the only reason for his ramblings.

Yes, Jimmy White is one of the secret 2 but shhh dont tell Nice Chap, he saw a no legged man standing at the bus stop. Good luck catching up with him though, he's lost a bit of weight and is now pretty nimble.

I might come down on sunday I reckon. Depends though, dont fancy drinking out of left handed glasses too much.

Re: crawley v redhill 2010

TB if you came I would make sure we do both handed drinking.
At least JD and I  will not get our Guiness confused.
My two secret players were 3 BH, Mo & MJ.
BH then told me he was on holiday and I haven't heard from Mo but MJ may be ok.
Keep it quiet as we like a suprise.

Re: crawley v redhill 2010

Good thinking VI, I heard from BH that you had given him a bell about playing, shame he is away. Both handed drinking sounds like fun.

I take it you are all playing in redhill again? I'll speak to amit, hopefully he will have an early start at work monday morning and so will be driving. Its ok, he doesnt read the forum so he wont see this, will you Amit?.... Oh.

The drunken swerve was pretty impressive. Especially after Ringo was complaining about coming over just to see him pot the black but he'd snookered himself.

I think Brian seemed more suprised to pot it than anyone else!

Who's Brian? And I was not drunk! I was just putting it on to lure them into a false sense of security.

Anyway just like to wish Crawley B all the best this weekend. Give them Redhill Hillbillies a damn good thrashing. Why, I heard that they only entered a team into the interleague cup because they can't read and thought it said 'interbreeding cup'.

I only turned up because I am a keen gardener. I thought in was a winter leek match, and I thought "I've got a couple that look similar." Complete waste of time bringing them, everyone else was playing pool.

Crawley seem to be the Dons in the CN cup fixtures. Reigate need to regroup.

Re: crawley v redhill 2010

Hi all,
A great result last night, thank-you to the Redhill  team for the  hospitality.
A big thank-you to Shaun, Rob & Cliff who were not expecting to play but came along at short notice.
Result was 19-14 made even better by the teasing we were receving from Redhill as they had a strong side out.
Special mention to Gav"the disher" Parrish who has the theory that if you clear  from the break your opponent has no chance!
Any way the legend got 3/3 and is available for interviews, weddings barmitsva etc,

STATS
Gav     3/3
Cliff     3/3
Shaun  2/3
Rob     2/3
Sham  2/3
Jakey  2/3
Amit   1/3
Lee     1/3
JD       1/3
Mark    1/3
Dave 1/3

Yipee!!
Next week Brighton at home.
