Re: world pool championships

He only actually had to win 2 matches to get there as well, getting a bye into the last 32 smile

Good luck Mo.

Surrey's Steve Petty added the U21 world championships to his ever growing list of 2x u21 European champion. Mens Euro finalist and numerous other national pool and 9 ball titles

yes you are right mp,but you have to earn the right by being seeded in the top 8.Welshie i know they do not show the game live, but i am sure it is normally on sky sports 3.the tv details have yet to be released as far as i know but when i do i will put them on this forum. He has a difficult 1/4 final against marc farnsworth but he has beaten him on the tour.Check the draw at www.wepf.org/worlds2.php?option=2

Re: world pool championships

It won't be shown for about 4 months on Sky, one reason why pool will never be big in this country! They need to show pool live and with Fosters as the sponsor I would be suprised if this isn't the case next year.

Let's hope Mo wins the title. I may be missing something, so if I am no cheap replies please, but did Steve Petty and Chris Melling enter? I can't see their names anywhere.

Re: world pool championships

No Melling was playing in the Quatar open (9 ball) Petty won the U21s and got to the 1/4 finals of the Masters.

Petty also entered the mens but was knocked out in the prelims to Jimmy Croxton who got to the last 16 I think  http://www.wepf.org/worlds2.php?option=1

TB's post was littered with bad grammar MP, did you both go to the same school? Or didn't you bother with all that education nonsense? I was going to remark that you probably both had a mis-spent youth down the pool hall, but I've seen you play! deal2

Re: world pool championships

How many mistakes did i make then other than missing an 'f' from 'off'?

MP, its a bit lame to bother commenting on that, especially seeing as you wrote 'crap an English'?

Am i supposed to spell check stuff before writing it on here? I thought I was bored at work hence writing on the forum so much, but to come on and remark on spelling and grammar is pretty sad.

That was obviously a joke TB? We've all had much fun at MP's expense over his maths so don't go all ST5 on us when you get a bit of an english lesson. wink
